Runway launched Agent Skills for all plans on July 2, 2026: single commands that build ad campaigns, create commercials, and localize ads. The release lands one week after the Agent 2.0 upgrade on June 25.
The same changelog week brought three more releases: Seed Audio 1.0 generates speech, sound design, and music from text, at up to 120 seconds per clip (vendor-reported); Gemini Omni Flash joins the video generation lineup; and the Nano Banana 2 Lite image model arrives for paid plans only.
Two access details matter if you use Runway: Agent Skills works on every plan, while Nano Banana 2 Lite requires a paid plan. Taken together with the June 25 Agent 2.0 upgrade, the week’s updates center on agent commands and multimodal generation.
