The record was verified by reading vehicle telemetry data through FSD Database, with an accuracy of 0.1 miles. Moss previously completed a 2,732-mile autonomous cross-country trip from Los Angeles to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, without intervention, which was showcased by Tesla as an official user case.
