Prentis in Talks to Raise $100M at $1B Valuation
Prentis, an AI lab focused on computer use models, is in talks to raise $100 million at a $1 billion valuation. Its Hive-32B model outperforms OpenAI GPT-5.4 and Anthropic Claude Opus 4.6 on two benchmarks, with per-task costs roughly 10x lower than frontier APIs. The company has signed customer contracts worth up to $50 million.
